Beef, Green Chilli & Lime Meatballs

Spice up your meal times and bring a little exotic warmth to the table this Spring with debbie&andrew’s latest introduction: beef, green chilli and lime meatballs. A really meaty mouthful, these beefed up meatballs have taken a Texan-style approach to delivering big meat flavour, matched by a Mexican inspired splash of citrus with a small hit of chilli heat to finish. As ever with debbie&andrew’s products, the meat is the star and only quality cuts are used. In these meatballs, the best of British beef takes a walk on the wild side with lime and green chilli to produce a mouth-watering meatball that really get the juices running with a subtle zing and pleasing heat.

These meatballs feature a Mexican twist that goes particularly well with quality British beef. Lime is a great partner for meat, making its texture very tender, while a gentle chilli kick gives the taste buds something to remember. These hearty meatballs are ravishing in wraps, superb in sloppy joe style sauces and wonderful served straight on their own served in a traditionally British way with a baked potato and broccoli!
