When you are faced with replacing your favourite foods with gluten free alternatives, or worseeating-living-gluten-free having to avoid them all together, it can seem like a daunting prospect. Eating and Living Gluten Free Magazine is inspirational, offering people following a gluten-free diet advice on recipes, products and nutrition. 

This month's edition showcases our new wheat, dairy and gluten free Caramelised Red Onion Sausages (Asda), with a recipe and a competition to win a firepit! The writers say the only thing these new sausages are not free from is taste, which is of course true. 

Eating and Living Gluten Free readers had some delicious sausage recipe ideas on their facebook page from simple sausage sarnies to gorgeous cassoulets!
