Mr and Mrs Whitehead are huge fans of debbie&andrew's sausages, and they shared this delicious sounding recipe with us:Sticky-BBQ-Sausages-2

Prep time: 5 mins, Cooking time: 45 mins, Serves 2


debbie&andrew's Harrogate 97% Pork Sausages

1 large red or white onion, sliced

2 tbsp brown sugar

1-2 tbsp Balsamic vinegar


1. Fry sausages until thoroughly cooked (10-15 mins) then put to one side

2. Heat oil over low heat until hot, introduce the onion and a pincjh of salt and cook for 15 mins, keep stirring to avoid burning

3. When onions are soft, add brown sugar and balsamic vinegar

4. Cook for a further 5-10 mins until sticky and caramelised. Add sausages then serve and enjoy.
