We would like to wish Kay the best of luck for her relay swim of Loch Ness this month, in add of Aspire, a national charity that provides practical and financial support for people who have suffered a spinal cord injury (www.aspire.org.uk).

Loch Ness is 22.5 miles long-slightly longer than the English Channel! There will be a team of 6 and they will take turns swimming an hour each until they have covered the whole distance. Kay will NOT be wearing a wetsuit and the water is expected to be a bone chilling 9 degrees.

Kay taught herself to swim front crawl in her late 30's and she will be 55 when she does the swim.

We hope our debbie&andrew's goody bag donation will help towards the fundraising target of £1,500!
