Harrogate 97% Sausages

If there is something every mother knows, its how to give her family the very best. This is a really meaty sausage, with 97% lean, tasty pork, herbs and spices - and just a little dash of Balsamic vinegar to marinade the meat - and they're GLUTEN and DAIRY FREE. I like doing them with roasted vegetables or cous-cous but ask the children and they'll say chips or mash!
