Pork & Ale Sausages

What a perfect match - a pint of ale and a sausage sandwich, so we thought, why not combine the two! The result has been a wonderful boozy tasting sausage made with lean shoulder pork, seasoned and a few breadcrumbs soaked in a glug of good quality ale. These Pork & Ale sausages really are the perfect accompaniment to creamy mash smothered in onion gravy or on the BBQ on a hot summers day!
