
Spicy Sausage Soup
Delicious and Spicy

You Will Need:-
- 2 large leeks (washed and sliced).
- 2 med/lge onions, chopped.
- 3 lge carrots, sliced.
- 2 med potatoes, cubed.
- 1pk Debbie and Andrew's Sicilian sausages.
- Salt and black pepper.
- Chicken stock to cover all veg.
Method
- Melt a little oil and butter in a frying pan, brown sausages on all sides,
remove sausages from pan.
- Pour stock into same frying pan and simmer to mix with all the sticky bits
from the sausages.
- In a large soup pan, put all vegetables, and stock, season and bring to the
boil, simmer and gently cook all vegetables.
- Slice sausages and put into soup at the end.
- Season a little more if needed.
If the soup is too thick for your liking, add a little water.
Serve with crusty bread.
