Spicy Sausage Soup

Delicious and Spicy

You Will Need:-

Method
  1. Melt a little oil and butter in a frying pan, brown sausages on all sides, remove sausages from pan.
  2. Pour stock into same frying pan and simmer to mix with all the sticky bits from the sausages.
  3. In a large soup pan, put all vegetables, and stock, season and bring to the boil, simmer and gently cook all vegetables.
  4. Slice sausages and put into soup at the end.
  5. Season a little more if needed.

If the soup is too thick for your liking, add a little water.

Serve with crusty bread.
