
Serves 3-4
You Will Need:-
Melt the butter and lightly sweat the onion and pepper for 2-3 minutes.
Add the sausages and brown.
Add the rest of the ingredients, except for the flour and water.
Cover and simmer for 15-20 minutes until the sausages are cooked thoroughly.
Blend the flour with the water and stir in a little of the hot cooking liquid, then return the mixture to the pan.
Bring to the boil, stirring until it thickens and cook for a further 2-3minutes.
Remove the cloves and bayleaf before serving.
Serve with creamy mash and peas.
