You Will Need:-
Firstly heat the oven for the baked potatoes. (Gas mark5/190ºC)
After washing and pricking the potatoes put each of them onto a sheet of silver foil, then drizzle with some olive oil, season and add some of the garlic and basil leaves. Then place in the oven to bake.
Chop the peppers.
Next brown the sausages off in a deep frying pan with the peppers, (laced with olive oil, the rest of the garlic and the basil) until they have a golden colour all over. Once the sausages are golden add the beans, (making sure you have washed them to remove any residue that might be in the tin) then pour the chopped tomatoes over the top of the yummy smelling pan.
Season again and stir, once the sausage is cooked all the way through serve over a piping hot baked potato.
