We believe the perfect pork sausage is an uncomplicated one. We keep to a traditional recipe of lean British pork shoulder, breadcrumbs and seasoning. When we are feeling more adventurous we add a few of our favourite fresh ingredients, and never use artificial colours or flavours.
We are passionate about wholesome, affordable food that is well made and tastes good. Our business was created around our family. Our sausages are still developed at home in the kitchen and the recipes we choose are all inspired by our own family’s favourites.
